Manufacturer warranty

Baldwin filtration products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product when used in the application for which they were designed.

What's covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced at no charge.

What's not covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accident, modification, or use in an application for which the product was not designed. Normal wear and products that have reached the end of their service life are also excluded.

How to make a claim

Email sales@helixpremiumparts.com with your order number, the product in question, and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
